1. I/We understand the Terms and Conditions governing the purchase of ARH & Club Private Limited Membership and agreed to abide by the same.

2. I/We understand the Terms and Conditions of the special offer that I/We have chosen at the time of purchase of ARH & Club Private Limited Membership. signing up for the purchase of ARH & Club Private Limited Membership

3. I/We understand that any payment made by me/us would first be appropriated towards the admission fees and the balance if any would be appropriated towards the entitlement fees.

4. I/We understand that I/We shall be admitted as customers for ARH & Club Private Limited only upon realization of the down payment and EMI as per the scheme opted by me, to be entitled to the benefits of ARH & Club Private Limited.

5. I/We understand that the company needs to maintain the resort towards which I/We confirm having agreed to pay Annual Subscription Fees entitlements and the company shall have the right to cancel the ARH & Club Private Limited membership if I/We do not pay ASF for 3 consecutive years.
